Estimates and fixed prices
Prices on this website and from the cost estimator are estimates. After a survey we give you a written fixed price, valid for 30 days. The fixed price changes only if you change the specification, or if work reveals a defect that could not reasonably be seen at survey, in which case we price the extra work in writing and wait for your agreement before doing it.
Payments
Payments are due in stages: 20% deposit, to hold your start date; 40% when materials arrive and work starts; 30% when tiling and worktops are in; 10% at handover, after snagging. Deposits protected under [deposit protection scheme].
Cancellation
You can cancel within 14 days of signing the order and receive a full refund of your deposit. After that, and once bespoke items are ordered, we may keep the cost of materials that cannot be returned.
Access and working hours
We work 8:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday. You give us access to the room, water, power and a toilet for the fitters. We protect floors and furniture on the route to the room and leave the site clean every evening.
Guarantee
Our workmanship is guaranteed for 10 years from handover. Units, worktops, sanitaryware and appliances carry their makers’ guarantees, which we register in your name. The guarantee does not cover damage from misuse, alterations by others, or normal wear.
Complaints
Tell your project manager first. If it is not resolved within 14 days, write to the directors at [email protected]. If we still cannot agree, you may refer the matter to [dispute resolution scheme].
